Delivery

Coffee Freshly Roasted to Order

We roast our coffee to order, this means, if we receive your order before 14:00, we will aim to roast your beans on the same day, or at least within 24 hours of receiving your order.. Freshly roasted green beans usually need to be rested (degassed) for a few days before being used to allow carbon dioxide to dissipate from the beans. This is to ensure your coffee reaches you in optimum condition and is ready to brew. We appreciate you are keen to get your order as fast as possible, but the resting of the beans before using is important, and it may even benefit the taste of your coffee to leave it a little longer once you receive it to maximise the taste and extraction. Please note, orders placed after 14.00 on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday, rested as required, then dispatched with Royal Mail. Once your coffee is ready and shipped you will receive an email confirming this and your package tracking details will be shared.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland, the British Isles and all BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses. At this point, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK other than those areas specified above. Items will be posted to the shipping address received during the checkout process. Postal times may vary outside of mainland UK.

When do you dispatch orders?

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy

This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Non-consumable goods

We accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods that are in a resaleable condition only. This excludes perishable goods or customised items. Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. A shipping label will be provided for faulty goods only. Non-faulty goods must be returned at your own cost and you must provide evidence (such as proof of postage) of having returned the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with and tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us using the ‘contact’ form on the contact page of this website. Please give your order number and a means of contacting you. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (faulty goods only), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Consumable goods

We want you to be happy with your order. However, as coffee is a consumable product, we can only offer a replacement or refund if it is found to be faulty or you receive the wrong item. If you believe your coffee is faulty or you have received the wrong item, please reach out to our Customer Service team via the contact form on our ‘Contact Us’ page. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (items which can spoil), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
